Went around Kiulap last weekend and as usual try to avoid the tree lane roundabout. Same ol' same ol' orang Brunei handal banar memakai round about. Hmmpss.. I thought I came across in the newspaper about the authority educating road users on how to use the roundabout the right way. I guess most people know how to use it, but opted not to follow the rule saja.
